Our story
Rennie Automotive was established at the Texaco station on the corner of Highland and Spadina in Kitchener, with Kim and one apprentice. A second location opened at 800 Victoria Street North in 1990, and in September 2014 the shop moved to its current home further up Victoria Street North.
Today the staff of 7 includes 4 licenced techs, among them Kim and Matt, 2 apprentices, and Matt's wife Rachel in the office. We value the loyalty and friendship of many of our customers and feel privileged to carry on this service with the next generation.

I cannot recommend Rennie Automotive enough. Matt and his crew are absolute gems. It's not always easy to find a shop you can trust but Rennie's is honest, straightforward and don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fair-priced mechanic, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

Exceptional customer service. My first visit today and after my experience will not be going anywhere else. I called in desperation as my AC wasn't working. Matt told me to come right in for a diagnosis (didn't promise a repair). He was able to diagnose and fix it while I waited.
